damit, this must be the first step to alcoholism

My friends wanted me to go out and drink with them tonight but i insisted "no no no, i got **** to do". So i stayed in. They tried again and i said "no no no, i gotta drive into the city tomorrow, i don't wana be hung over" (Iowa City to Chicago is about 3 hours...). So i stayed in.

I sit down and get online and start a nice convo with the new girlfriend and think "hmm, a glass of wine would be nice". So i go pour a glass of that S**T i bought last night (I don't care how well respected the wine room is of the store you're shopping in, if it's 1.5 liters and $5...there is a reason. Lesson learned). I continue talking...

And i continue drinking
I got a nice little buzz going
Then the ex logs in and is home alone and has no one to talk to and is feeling pretty bad about the events at her school today

So i talk to her, which induces me to drink more...

Now here i am with another full glass and a nearly empty bottle of horrible wine and i think i might just be drunk, drunk by myself instead of drunk with my friends

...i'm going to bed

At least i'm not as bad as that dude last night, but i will say the girl at the gym is SO HOT that "OSGH MAN I EWFANT HER SOOOOOOO BDAAAA!@KL!!!"

PS
Is it also a bad sign that i can type fine while drunk...
I think i'm getting bored with college

I just read this and realized it may have something to do with the fact that i'm spending my thursday night in my apartment with my cats drinking by myself

True. Because stewed pig guts will fix anything.

I may or may not have a problem with wine - but I do think you have a problem with women. I assure you this may end up being very expensive....

The problem (well one of) with women is they make us act stupid and, unlike booze, we can remember it all.

Read the label on the bottle. I bet the wine had sulfites in it. Those things will make your brain play the bongos.

"For decades, the gray fox has presided over premium vineyards. Often, right before sunset, or winemaker, John Willumson, catches a glimpse of the majestic fox crisscrossing the vineyard rows near the winrey. In honor of the proud fox, John selects only the best premium grapes for his Merlot. Enjoys its deep blackberry flavors and soft, smooth finish"

Clearly it isn't the sulfites, it's the gray fox ****

Would he select any old grape for his Merlot if there was no fox?
