Walk or run in the rain?
You have 'X' distance to cover in the same equally hard rain. Do you run or walk? Do you encounter less raindrops when walking as opposed to running for a shorter time in the same equally hard rain? Or a longer time in the rain but encounter more drops?
I run in the rain but my Wife walks. We both look equally wet when we arrive at car/garage etc.
And believe me, when it rains in the summer here in Florida, it RAINS.

I think I remember the Mythbusters busting this one, saying theres no real difference.
Edit: They originally said it didn't matter. After a revisit, however, they overturned their decision and claiming it is better to run in the rain.

Actually, the trick to staying dry is to slip between the raindrops with aplomp... it doesn't work otherwise.

Whether you walk or run you are going to get wet without raingear of one sort or another!

If you run enough, you get very thin and has less surface area. So running keeps you dryer

Do you have the abitity to slip between rain drops as you run? if the answer is no walk, running will just get you wet quicker! either way its just water.

If you were built like a playing card, and infinitesimally thin, so that if you stood still, no rain would hit you, there would be no difference between walking and running. When moving, you carve out a volume of space and intersect with any raindrops that occupy that volume. It'd make no difference how fast you traveled through that volume, you'd hit the same number of raindrops.
However, you are not infinitesimally thin, and raindrops will hit you even when you're standing still, so the slower you go, the wetter you get. If you took infinitely long to travel the distance, you'd get infinitely wet.
...I think...
