There are many varieties of bass, some of which I'm not familiar with. If the tag says bass, it must be a bass. Crappie is also good, but somehow eating a bass sounds more festive.

Thanks everyone. I keep forgetting that Joe and I share a birthday, well, right up till the day and we have this thread! Sorry I haven't checked in till now. Can't check BF's at work nearly as much as I like lately and I woke up late and had to head straight to the office.
