Besides the sciatica, I have developed scrolliosis over the past few months.

Both will probably be alleviated as I am able to get in more road time which is actually quite therapeutic.

I reckon I spend 15 minutes per workday on average.

Thats 70 minutes per week. Thats 2100 minutes a year (assuming 300 work days).

350 hours per year for the three years I've been on bike forums that 1050 hours total.

Wow, I could have built a house or written a novel in that time. How sad.....

Way too much though it has slowed down quite a bit. I think I'm getting over it now. I noticed my join date the other day when in the fixed gear forum and wondering how that forum went to hell and missed the witty people that used to post in it.
