The 560 is a real muscle car. The M3 would kill it in corners, I like them both.

Might be old to others, but new to me. A couple of custom, WW I style 'race cars' using immensely huge motors (like the Blastolene guys did for Leno's Blastolene Special).

Thunderbolt - 27 liter Rolls Royce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiyszl2cKAA

Mavis - 42 liter Packard-Bentley: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ0u9iRTWyI

Brutus - 42 liter BMW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Abv9KdGbMP4

There are a couple of others in this league, but these are my favorites.

I always liked the Fiat S76. 28.35 Liter engine.

Here's a video of it starting up.

On a slightly related note, there's a guy around me driving what sounds to be a rotary powered e30. I've seen him a couple of times, but he drives like a maniac.

Let's just say it's not the slowest car in the parking lot

And with a custom 5 speed with a ZF LSD, it's not a "one wheel wonder" either.
