I remember watching this Chapparal 2C win at Sebring in '65.

Bugatti Royale Coupe Type 41 1929. One of two that are at the French National Automobile Museum in Mulhouse France. It is the nicest collection of automobiles I have ever visited, located in a beautiful area of the Alsace.

The GM G body series wagons (Malibu, Cutlass, Regal, Bonneville) are finally getting the respect they deserve as cool cars and a great base for custom projects.

to the next mod that comes in here.
The last two posts are in the wrong thread....these should go in the "WTF were the designers thinking!?" thread.

From an ugly car, the W210 Brabus E73, but awesome engine. It made the fastest sedan, wagon, and convertible in the world in the 90's. (It's also the same engine the Pagani Zonda used, the M120)

Dunno what the first car is, the second is obviously a Benz. Pictures were taken at an auto show in Germany in 2002.

200D Heckflosse. Not my favorite color, but pretty. The guy I bought my benz from had one of these in the garage, but with a gas engine. Loudest stock horn I've ever heard. And if I recall he said the previous owner was actually born in the back seat of that particular car.

Shelby Daytona, right? Probably the only reason I know that is the Forza games.

I'd guess Packard. I don't think it is a Duesenberg.

Looks like a 1936 Duesenberg SSJ.

Nice car and very rare. 400 HP.

Taillights should not be in the bumper. That is ugly, more expensive and more likely to need repair after a collision, and less visible. Thus the B body wins on function, but anything with plastic wood trim and vinyl woodgrain is disqualified from any beauty contest anywhere.

Almost everything here has too much chrome. Chrome=jewelry=lack of confidence in the design. The most beautiful cars don't need it.

I don't know Zeedoo, hard to think of more than a few beautiful cars without at least some of the shiny stuff... And I have a pretty wide variety of tastes. That being said, I generally very much dislike chrome wheels at least. I think it really depends on the car. Sometimes chrome complements the design, sometimes it just seems like jewelry.
'59 Continental. A little goofy looking, but I dig it.
