My question is "why?"

There is a a local chain down here in Texas called Chilis. It is a sit down, mid price place. They used to make great burgers. Then they fell victim to the big burger craze and came out with Big Mouth burgers and killed off their originals that had people coming in for years.

I still go there, but I seldom get a burger anymore, as the huge thick patty is just too over the top.

Texas doesn't have everything.

Chilis are a nationwide chain, http://www.chilis.com/locations/default.asp

Chilis started in Dallas and is based in Dallas, so they are a local chain.

My first trip to Chilis was to the original location.

My college roommate is from England and now lives in Portsmouth. He has driven over 2 hours to get to a Chilis in England.

That's like me calling Starbucks a local coffee chain, just because it started up here in Seattle. My fiancee works for this local software firm, I don't know if you've heard of them. It's called Microsoft.

When I look at post #1, the question that comes to mind is...

Where's the beef?

A lot of bun and condiment there to pad the weight if you ask me.

The one in post #5 has the beef in proper proportion to the bun!!!
