I feel your pain, mon ami; Pizza Hut (stuffed crust especially) is great taste-wise, but for some reason my stomach keeps flipping me the bird every time I eat it. I think most of the problem is the grease content. There's always grease involved with pizza to some degree, sure, but never quite Pizza Hut levels. It has a hard time agreeing with most people's digestive tracts.

The only major pizza chains' pizza that doesn't affect me, is Little Caesars and Papa Murphys and I avoid my neighborhood locally owned pizza parlor like the plague, since I always get major heartburn from their pizza.

Stop, go inside, take a good look at the kitchen and general cleanliness... and think about it again.

Really? It took 8 years and experts to figure that out??? 10 minutes with an old cardboard box and a PH pizza, side by side, could have proven that point.
The real truth... the best pizza is made at home, on a your own BBQ with a good thick pizza stone and your good imagination as your guide. Think pesto vice tomato sauce... then get busy.

I am quite certain that he was referring to the 8 year gap between posts...

I eat pizza like 3 times a week...and the last time I had pizza hut, it did the same thing to me. My stomach was in knots. I haven't eaten pizza from there in a couple of years.
EDIT: Lol...I got duped into responding to an 8 year old thread.

I love pizza, I love eating it without using a knife and fork, or a spoon
But what is the deal with Pizza Hut? IMHO, Pizza Hut has the best darned tasting pizza around.
I am not ragging on Pizza Hut, and I have had pizza from plenty of other places, but why does Pizza Hut make me sick? Does anyone else get sick? Cramps, abdominal pain, discomfort, then diarrhea.
Anyone here in public health, or have knowledge of nutrition and can give me the background info on Pizza Hut?

As for Pizza Hut Pizza, it is much different today than it was 8 years ago. I never got sick and though I don't consider it real pizza, it use to be pretty dang tasty. Wouldn't eat it very often, but we would go every now and then. Haven't had it for a long time though so went there with the kids a few months ago. The pizza wasn't anything like it use to be.

Yep, Little Caesar's is about the best choice, for chain pizza. I have one fairly close, and they're cheap, but I much prefer the small place a couple miles away, made by real live Italians.
I hit the Italian grocery store today, and got some Greek feta salad. Very tasty, and I got a couple of the pepperoncini peppers. Those'll clear out your sinuses.

Someone bumped an 8 year old thread? On Bike Forums?? Whodathunkit?!?
My wife has decreed Pizza Hut as a verboten item in the household. I think we had it once in the last decade or so...
As to the Burger King comments goes, 1) my wife and I met on the job there and 2) the stories I could tell... Okay, y'all done twisted my arm and I'll tell a very brief one.
I was no longer working for BK but still knew most of the crew, so I decided to pop in for a social visit. I noticed that they were pouring customer drinks out of 2 liter bottles of soda that they were buying from the grocer across the parking lot. I commented what was wrong with the drink station and I was told the stations were down due to no water- and that they didn't have ANY running water.
Turns out that the District Manager (a real prick)- who was not onsite- made the decision to stay open. I turned on my heel, walked outside, and called the Health Department. To this day, I still don't know what the fine was (or if there was any- I sorta wore out my welcome
).
