Have you ever dated someone who had a hotter sibling?

I don't know what reminded me of this, but I dated a girl several years ago who attractive...but her sister was plain hot. She had a photo of her and her sister on her dresser, and I would always ogle the sister when I walked by. I could tell that she could tell.

Has anyone been in this predicament? Do you have an internal struggle that you SHOULD be with the hotter one...or that you are somehow compromising because of your choice to date the less attractive sibling? Or, at holiday time, would you feel jealous when visiting family and some dude was dating the hotter sister?

Been there... I gets real bad when you get to the "living together" phase and the hot sibling comes in for the weekend, hanging around in PJs, walking around in almost-transparent clothes with sexy underwear, getting out of the shower with nothing more than a small towel... BAD BAD BAD

Yes. I was in 9th grade. My buddy dated Ellen, and her sister, Terry took an interest in me. That didn't last long, and it was probably for the better for me, because I have no doubt I would have been a daddy before I got my diploma if she hadn't scared me off. Ellen was definitely the tom-boyish one. fitter and hotter. I'm not sure if my buddy Jim married her or not... (different high schools).

I had one of the more amazing experiences of my life with this topic c. 1980 or so. But you would never believe the story if I told you, and it had quite the tragic twist. Oh yes indeed.

Coolio.

So ANYWAY, looks ain't everything. If the guy adores you and vice versa, who cares about if he's "hawt" in the looks category?

I love it when you get rough, Siu.

I had the problem back around 1988. The girl who I was interested in, and started dating, had a most beautiful sister. She (sister) and I got on too well for my liking as I had strong desires for her . She would hug me, write poerty to me, and treat me as a very VERY close friend.
I had to end the relationship with my girlfriend because I felt I was betraying her with my lust for her sister. We continued as friends (my ex) as I really felt a strong friendship with her.
I didn't know if her sister really had desires for me although I hoped she did, until one night about 10 years later. My ex had flown to Sydney and I got a call from her sister to see if I was interested in a dinner date. I picked her up and out we went.
During the evening she mentioned that my ex should never find out about the night. At that point I realized all was wrong and I ensured my pants were kept on. I have conflicting thoughts about if I did the right thing . I keep telling myself I did.

Yes, but my roommate was dating the older, hotter sister. When they broke up though, we went out a bit.

I was with someone who had an extremely more attractive sister, physically at least, and she did the hang out in semi-transparent tank tops/pjs and underwear when she would stay over, too, like Ruben mentioned.

But, aside from being physically more attractive, she was also very immature, naive, annoying, insensitive, had no drive, no emotions, and I was embarrassed for her every time she opened her mouth and spoke.

not a sibling, but a cousin. I made a small comment, along the line of "your cousins' kinda pretty". The ensuing ice storm meant a very long quiet ride home.

Prior to my fiancee (who is both amazing and freaking gorgeous), the hottest girl I ever dated was Kerry. She had a great bod, and a face that reminded me of Audrey Hepburn. But her sister just had one of those killer bods with a crooked smile. She had amazing boobs especially in a bikini. Anyways, the sister spent summers in her bikini and liked to cuddle on me when shed come in from the patio. Her sis didnt mind it because I never responded other than to allow her to get comfortable. But I kept hoping the sis would crawl in the tent in my pants. She was immature and snotty though.

My fiancees sister is both immature and not nearly as attractive as my fiancee, so there were no worries there.
