"Tatooing while you wait."

While you wait????

Is there some new technology that I'm not aware of that allows you to drop off a body part, have it tatooed, then come back and pick it up later?

This is actually the name of a business in a small town not far from where I live.

Only for apendixes (apendices?), gall bladders and the like.
