I'd really love to go see Moulin Rouge! in the local indie theatre (they serve beer and wine and have couches!) with a good amount of cuddling. Then go back to her place and cook for eachother.

I'm dating myself, though, so that plan is probably not going to happen.

Racing on smooth tropical waters on a small keel boat, spinnaker rigged. I drive and trim main upwind, while wife trims jibs and calls air and traffic.

I do foredeck downwind, wife flies the chute, and number 3 drives.

If we are not flying a chute, I drive and trim main all the time and number three finds another boat.

Dinner on the beach afterward and then................

get the boat ready for tomorrow.

BTW, one of our first dates was on a race boat, we got engaged on a race boat ( I had my proposal on a white spinnaker in red letters), we were married on Feb 15, 97, not to coincide with Valentines, but because there were no regattas that month. We spent a good part of our early married life (pre kids) racing our boat or crewing for others.

Since I'm single with no prospect of changing that in a week, I'll daydream of a nice 70F ride through the rolling countryside.

Actually, you'd be surprised. A lot of people want a little bit of romance that day, even if it's low key or sudden. We all love to feel pampered, and it's fun.

My Valentine's day for the last 12 years has consisted of...well...it's just been another, completely average day. So I agree with UA.

I like Krystal better. They are similar, but White Castle's meat has a weird flavor. I'm not sure how to describe it, but my impression is that it needs salt.
