My new friend is an ass...

We saw this guy on the way to work every morning while in Fl. We gave him an apple everyday from the hotel. After day 4 he was audibly excited when he saw us pull up. We named him Chuck-E. My boss took some pictures provin this guy was a boy that I'm still considerably disturbed about.

So I've heard. I was the first one to spot Chuck-E and I pointed him out by saying "Wholly crap look at that hot ass" They're reaction was priceless.

Oh....I'm sorry.

I am familiar with Lakeland. I used to live (most of my life) in Tampa area. Lakeland is one redneck hell area.

Pitchers and Catchers report soon to Tigertown in Lakeland.

As a huge Tigers fan, I have always wanted to go there.

But in this case, I just thought the terms "Pitchers and Catchers" fit well within your thread.

I had the Red Beans and Rice
The Shrimp and Grits
And the Gumbo.

I had a bite of the grit cakes. Phenomenal.

The gumbo was not good, at all. The rest was really good.

Honestly the rest of the stuff was spot on with authentic coonass cuisine. This place's red beans and rice rivaled with a place on St Charles in NOLA that I can't think of the name of right now, which had the best beans and rice I've ever had. The gumbo looked like e'toufee' which was entirely wrong.

How'd it compare to, oh, say Brennan's?

Maybe they confused the two.

No need to be jealous, I'm sure he'd let you play with it.
