erm, no

The bars rocked with disco in the '70's!! 'cept the silly disco ball occasionally made me ill ... or maybe it was the 'Slow Comfortable Screws' (drinks) I liked at the time - little on the sweet side...

My four year old has a disco hits cd he likes to listen to. We were laying in bed last night, listening to it as he went to sleep. Suddenly he begins to make a noise that sounded like crying. Turns out he was stiffling some serious giggles. I asked him why and he replied that they were singing, "shake shake shake, shake shake shake, shake your bootie, shake your bootie!"

What a coincidence: Santa put a disco cd in my daughter's stocking this Xmas. Heavy rotation on the minivan stereo. Much better than that Wiggles drivel.

Disco sucks and will always suck, it was the reason I stopped listening to music in the 70s, punk got me interested again. Metal is almost as bad as disco.

Angel Flight, I believe.

I just saw Belinda Carlisle on tv the other night - she's doing commercials for some weight loss program or other. Weight Watchers, maybe? 51 or so years old, and a very good looking woman.

Susanna Hoffs (Bangles) has just about the most beautiful, expressive eyes I've ever seen.

Oh whey oh....
