I have a work wife if that counts?

She's very nice, pretty,...... and married

She came to work a month ago and we keep getting paired together, which is very nice.

I find myself very disappointed when we aren't given the same assignment and I got out of my way to make sure she is safe.

We talk about her kids and the fact she was just reunited with her husband after being separated for three years.

I usually sit behind her in rollcall but yesterday I purposely came in at the last minute and sat in the very back away from her. When my name was called, she turned around and looked for me and gave me a big smile.

I recently bought her a snickers.

That's it, no future, but kinda like looking into a window and shopping knowing you can't afford to buy. Spring exacerbates the situation, I'm thinking.

It exacerbates it as well.

I think those sweet moments are a nice part of everyone's life. Enjoy the spring!

I actually don't know if it's enjoyable,..... On the one hand it is nice to like someone but it's a total bummer knowing they are taken.

What's the word I'm looking for here, pgoat?

I think 'bummer' pretty much nails it.

but hey, the good news is, if you can have that spark with someone who;s taken, you can do it with someone who's available

The bad new is, it always seems so much easier with someone who's taken

I'm confused, but here in Foo, that's normal.

How about you trade her to me for a lifetime supply of snickers?

Suzie's husband rejected my latest offer which was quite lucrative......

Oh sure, for Airwick it's cute, for Chipcom it's mace and restraining orders.

Airwick don't know what he's missing.

There is absolutely NO WAY you are gonna hook up with OP (I'm not suggesting you want to, or should, shouldn't... oh wait, this is the internet, I dont need any disclaimers )... I'm just sayin' any girl who tells ME that I'm cute, I just forget about her, no point chasing her. Being CUTE isn't good enough.
