no i do not.

especially with the overload of bull**** that has been here as of late.

like i tried to make clear - this place has had some moments, although they're increasingly few and far between.

these days it's lame ass parody threads created by unfunny people, or 'look at me, i'm sad', or 'hey, i'm horny, wanna PM?' threads.

Welcome home Mr. Deposed President.

Perhaps botto should start more exemplary threads so we can see how it's done?

seriously, for your own good enough of the idiotic parody threads.

I agree somewhat, even as an active participant here. Did I start a trend with my "Dating Thread?"

In all honesty though, the Road forum has gotten just as vapid lately. The signal to noise ratio has been getting higher there over time.

I'm going to take a guess and say that it has a lot to do with an increasing member base and their lack of knowledge as to how this forum works. What proves this is the usefulness of more specialized forums like Road Bike Racing and Mechanics.

I am not disagreeing with you on FOO but the amount of subjective BS that gets spread the road forum around makes me never wanna ask anything there again. Toss in the "I got xxxx$ what should I buy", "my pinkie grazed my CF clearcoat, is it going to explode?" threads, it makes we wonder if these people have their wits around them.

The Racing forum is far better in terms of content I find. To each their own.

I think he's referring to the threads regarding dating and some flirtatious posts that get sprinkled around here.

I left for a while and came back and found foo trying to out emo the emos. Hell, even the razor blades are looking for knives to cut their wrists. What the hell happened?? I'd post a HTFU picture but the one I posted in the other thread disappeared about 5 minutes after posting. It must have gotten depressed and went looking for some hookers and blow.
