Photo shop manipulation of color images is acceptable? I don't think I have any actual black and white photos, unless I start rummaging in the attic and I know you don't want to see those.

Oh god yes.
No need to pull out the film.

Teh kitteh...again.

It seems like all I have are pics of teh kitteh, mostly in teh bf's backyard...must go out and take pics of other things and locations, lol. Although...he is so photogenic and cooperative, and it seems like he likes being photographed. He's vain like his mamaw.

I was hoping, based on the title, that April would be the theme of the pics this month.

You know, I am getting tired of all these large images sucking up bandwidth and slowing down the database. Couldn't you people do this on flickr or something?

I see someone knows how to work both ends of the camera. How'd you get that effect on your canyon picture? Is that just the light, or did you use filters, or a little post-picture enhancement?

Post picture enhancement, with a bit of sepia effect in there to try and "antique" it a little bit. I'm still a beginner with photoshop and I probably should look for some sort of "Photoshop For Dummies" guide. I can literally spend hours at the computer, messing around with pictures...not always with pleasant results.

That one came out great. Now the green tinge on the face of your current avatar... it's April Fool's, not Halloween.

LOL...I was looking for an avatar of that spy woman from the HH series and it was the best that I could come up with.
