NHL Playoffs Anyone?
Wow...first few games are exciting.
Boston v Montreal! They hung on so well.
I got a bit bored on the beat-up by my home town homeboys, the Wings.
It's going to be more fun when my landlord finally gets our cable back!

I (heart) nhl playoffs...
Currently in 3 pools for the playoffs. 2 are for cash, 1 very special one is for 20 cases (12) of beer. Maybe more if more people sign up by tomororw by 5.

I'm a life long Sabres fan, so this is tough. I do love the NHL though, no matter who is playing. Rangers looked pretty good the other night. I didn't catch any game last night though.

You gonna eat that?
I grew up in Buffalo and I'm missing my Sabres as well. I lived in Detroit for 6 years though and I like them too. They are getting to be the Yankees of the NHL though. I like them, sure, but give someone else a chance.

well, the Red wings aren't that strong, it's not like they've won the most playoffs
and recently, it's only last year they've made it to the finals and won it.

I'm really surprised how well Montreal held up last night considering they were playing the top-seed. I think if they get a bit of confidence, and LaRoque sticks up to Chara more (wouldn't that be a fight!) they might have a chance! But hey, it's lofty.
