Depends on the state. You pay extra every year in some states, while in others, it's a one-time expense.

So far, the available ones I've found are:

NEWBIE

DOUGHNT

and um... HERPES

I don't suppose ARRESTED would be a good one...

I saw one a little while back that read: 3M TA3. It works well in states with front plates.
