I wonder how badly handling is affected by adding such wheels. I know that speedometers and such will be way off, showing far slower than how fast the vehicle is really travelling.

It's called being "hood rich." These guys put most of the money they make into ridiculous rims and their "six 12"s in the trunk." I, personally, don't see why you all are fussing so much. People are always like, "If they wouldn't spend all their money on vanity ****, then they'd be able to get out of the ghetto!" What, so they can live the dead-end, middle class lifestyle, wrought with clinical depression and kids with ADHD? Like Atlanta hiphop artist Bobby Ray once said, "No sir!"

yes, you are correct. Those are the only two choices. Thus, we have decided to join the big wheel gang,.... our Airwick mobile is being pimped as we speak.

I saw a guy with the big wheels on his car rip his fender off and smash both his quarter panels up when he hit a "dip" in the road doing like 50-55 MPH, those big ole wheels just went up in his wheel wells and ripped his **** apart! Don't get me wrong, there are still a few guys that have them, but most people just look at them and laugh.

You're missing the point. The joy we get from annoying middle class America is worth the cost,...
Complain or look at us funny and we'll cruise your hood and shoot your cat.

Then they'll airbrush a pic of the dead cat on your hood! "In Loving Memory of Poofy. RIP Yo."

Really? I knew of a select few... didn't know it was "most". Even then, usually there is a given amount.
I know a TON of people from all over the US that have modified suspension.

In TX, the law is for headlight height... not bumper or vehicle. If you lift your truck high, you install headlights lower in the bumper (or below it). I know a couple guys who have done this.

BTW, bumper height is the least of your concerns.... it's the non-upgraded brakes that should scare you

Speedometers are easily corrected on most cars.

And yes, donks are dumb.

Why stylize any automobile? Why not just have them all the same shape and color? Hopefully when the communists are done with the 5-year plan to dictate what we drive, we'll have just that, and comrades, I can't wait!

/sarcasm

For the record, I think the big wheel trend is hideous, but it's their paper, yo!

I like the cheap spinners that get stuck or stop spinning at random points.
