Sorry to say boys and girls, but I likes raw beefs. Do it infrequently -but man oh man - rare to raw prime or porterhouse. Especially if you can get it aged.

Dammm freaking good

And then rest of the year I'm on an other diet of other stuffs, but man once in a freaking while ... <drool>
