This was just TOO good from this weekend... no, I did not ride from Sacramento to Bezerkeley...









Figs are going for a minimum of $6-$7 a *basket* - a small basket - around here...





I can't remember what kind of bush that is, its all edible - that is, if you grind it up so the spines don't kill you...

Recent travels. Anywhere in the world.....Portugal . From north to south.. Algavre has some worthy bike paths hugging the rocky Atlantic coast to the beaches approaching Spain..

Things I love about canoe, camping /hiking about the Michigan lake front or Michigan rivers.. The smell of the woods and quite often the smell of sassafras and frying bacon . Thanks for sharing.. Like to be there.
