Keep warm tonight Sixty Fiver

I was just reading an article that reported temp's in Edmonton last night reached -46 deg C at the airport Tonight is supposed to be another brutally cold night. Here's a link to the article if anyone wants a read

http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Canada/2...141861-cp.html

I've only experience a couple of -40ish temps during my 34 years living in Saskatchewan. The contraction noises of the house at those temps are scary, you pray that the furnace won't give out over night, if you're lucky enough to start your car you experience the square tire effect for the first km or so, and any exposed skin freezes within seconds. People who have never experienced those temps have no idea how bad it can be. But the prairie folk are a hearty bunch Bundle up tonight.

good luck, I definitely don't miss those temps. I have experienced it a few times in southern ontario. Damn frigid.

I have turned into a bc wimp...its hits -20c and I feel like I am going to die.

Indeed it is insanely cold right now. I had to put booties on my dog - so she could stay outside long enough to pee.

UGH - I am not looking forward to heading out again tonight.

We're supposed to be warming up (highs of -15C) by Wednesday.

Wow, that's well below the SPROTR (standard puerto-rican operating temperature range). I don't think I could survive.
