I heard about the hospital as well. Sucks big time. For a country as poor as Haiti you just pray the damage isn't too widespread. They're saying that there's a tsunami watch for parts of the Carribbean (Cuba, Bahamas) as well.

Well, Haiti is east of Cuba, so I would suspect it could effect FL, GA and SC as well....but probably nothing too dire. The carribean has a long history (in geologic terms) of volcanic activity and related seismic disturbances.....perhaps it is awakening again. I hope that its not.
