for all you raw foodies out there...

I started a raw/living food diet a few weeks ago when a renovation made my kitchen disappear. I will have a cooked meal a couple times a week out or at my in-laws' house. I am eating alot, all day long it seems. As a teenager, I was anorexic for a while and after a few weeks, the hunger pains disappeared. Can I expect these hunger pains to eventually go away too? Do you just get used to not eating as much as you did on the SAD (which I don't think my diet qualified as anyway). Just for the record, I am not anorexic now, and have not been for over 10 years so don't go thinking I am trying to start that again. It was an awful part of my life that I will never repeat.

You should send a PM to Shadiyah. She's also into the raw food diet.
