While I call it a journal, and have made two presentations about it (one for a Chicago Public Library workshop and the other as part of a design event - http://www.underconsideration.com/sp...01.html#001901), I do indeed have one. Or two, or three. The main personal one is http://www.absenter.org, the photo one, http://www.boochakanan.com, the one for Chicago, http://www.gapersblock.com.

Umm, yeah, I've sort of been doing it for a long long time. I remember the day when Blogger was first launched on the web... some of my friends worked for them back in the days of yore...

Well, I do, although it is not often updated or maintained. It seems to be the flavor of this board to make a non-descript link to your blog in the signature of your posts.

We're waiting on yours!

Mine?

If I'm the perfect person to have one, I don't have the ambition to do so.

thanks for the compliment. my setup is pretty cheap, but it gets the job done. i'm using a 19 year old canon AE-1 (older than i am), canon 50mm, vivitar super wide angle (18mm i think?), a $20 vivitar flash from walmart, and whatever film i can get my hands on (i'm actually somewhat of a fan of dollar store film). i also have a polaroid camera i got from a thrift store for $2, and a holga that i use occassionally.

edit: btw. your stuff blows mine out of the water. ;-)

I just started one... It's got nothing so far. But I type fast so it will fill up soon. I'm putting the google adsense on it to see what kind of messed up stuff it shows.

Link's in my sig.

I jumped on the blog bandwagon about a year ago, http://biffulator.blog-city.com. Nick - I think there's going to be an alleycat put on by the Bicycle Sport Shop kids - that you should definitely attend - next weekend. Also, I hear the annual moonlight ride is on the 25th @ 2am.

I used to use LiveJournal a lot, but gradually just started using it for the communities, and only made real posts every month or so - here's that one. And just today I started one up on Blogspot, because it looks much nicer (and all the cool fixie riders have one there!) and thats here. More details on my exciting life coming soon! Woo!

I have one at http://takecover.net/blog although I haven't posted much at all lately. I'm gonna redesign the site soon, and maybe that will inspire me

no. I tend to favor sketchbooks. BLOG's seem so narcissistic.

not at all.... I just don't see how it's narcissistic to post to forums so long as you add value to them (sometimes) Though one could argue that the assumption that one's opinion has any value, is narcissistic in itself.
