Dreams of the past: XKE, early 70's 911, Aston Martin DB5, Mercedes-Benz 600, Triumph Stag with a Ford crate motor, Unimog,....and the list goes on, and on, and on.

Of the current crop: Tesla Model S, Maserati Quattorporte, Any of the Astons with a pop top and a stick, none of the Ferraris, none of the Porsches, maybe a VW BlueSport if they would actually build it.

Dream of dreams, a Caterham with Pininfarina coachwork.

Spent a fair amount of time in both seats of a Euro spec 308 GTS QV and GTB QV. That car was just an incredibly fun car to be in. Fast, responsive, sexy, both in look and sound. Nothing sounds quite like a Ferrari V8 at wide open throttle!

'59 Chevy Biscayne

'58 Packard Hawk

I could go on...

Nope, jsharr. :-) Had and still have a very good friend who came into lots of money at a young age and used to import gray market cars. He was and is very generous with his things. To him they are just that, things. Cars are cars to him, meant to be driven and enjoyed.

jdon: One of my neighbors has a similar model year (still an SS). It looks like he started to restore it and then left it on the blocks in his yard. Nothing's been done to it for the 6 weeks I've lived there. I'm tempted to tow it out of the yard (he is not protecting it from the elements) and do it myself.
