A gentleman does not "down" his drinks. He sips and savors every bit of it so as not to let his true savage nature show. Hmmph!

I can a down a beer like that. I don't wrap my lips around the glass however.

Here's the trick. Just turn the beer mug up and dump it into your mouth. Don't swallow, but inhale through your mouth. That's right, inhale. Your epiglottis knows what to do and will throw the belly switch automatically.

It also it helps for the beer to be draft (less fizzy) and cold (less fizzy). If the beer is warm and fizzy you may well have it hit the gut and erupt into a beer-foam fountain shooting out of your mouth (also a crowd-pleaser).

When I do this I make sure there are "referees" watching me as I have been accused of cheating, I can down it so fast. I've had a couple of guys say I tossed it over my shoulder.

I can hoist, inhale and slam the mug, empty, onto the table while he other guy is on his second gulp.

It works with any beer that's not too carbonated or warm. I've done it with Guinness. And I don't do a 6 pack. I do a mug. Or a glass. That's why I make sure an umpire is watching me. I really don't care to do a repeat with that much beer in gut all of a sudden.

It's mainly a bar bet thing, not a way of getting drunk. I'd much rather sip sip sip away at that frothy hopped goodness.

P.S. you can do it with beer that is warm or real fizzy, but every so often it will suddenly start a chain reaction and the beer will foam up, return back up your gullet and shoot all over the place like a fountain.

Shooting a guy and hurting him.
Drinking beer, and it mentions knives for combat.

Guns, knives, beer... what a combination...

That may be OK then. What is your 4x4? Extra credit for really loud exhaust. Or a rifle rack.

I had a loud exhaust on my Ram Hemi. Rifle racks are not allowed where I live. But now, I don't need a loud exhaust or rifle rack to go four wheeling.
