Parents who let their 13 year old daughters wear the $lutty police woman/nurse/witch/referee/librarian constumes. Very inappropriate and offensive.

I vastly prefer 18+ trick or treaters to other halloween activities they might be doing.

Haven't had a trick or treater in 17 years. Every year we buy candy and are forced to eat it all ourselves. This year I forgot to get anything so I fear for the first time some might show up. If they do, they'll have to settle for Cliff bars.

First year I bought just enough for the 10-20 kids. I'm almost out of treats. I don't want "trick"....

Forecast was for cold, wind-driven rain so I was only prepared with about 120 pieces of candy. The weather forecast was correct, but not my trick-or-treat one - ran out in about an hour.

Feed Inge some refried beans a couple of hours before the kids are due, then turn her loose on the lawn. The kids will get a treat on their shoes.

Parents who take their little tiny baby trick-or-treating. I should ask how they expect the baby to eat a Snickers when it doesn't have any teeth.

I haven't been trick-or-treating since the mid-80s. I didn't even know this was a thing until we came home tonight after work and dinner. The worst part is that this is a neighborhood where people don't feel threatened, and someone's at the least to **** lazy to walk a few blocks on Halloween!

Then there are the kids who ask "Can I have one for my baby brother/sister (who isn't with them) too?"

Tonight I'd say at least 75% of the kids who came by were 16+. Virtually every teenage girl was wearing the stripper outfits.

Yup, I close the door on them as I tell them to "try harder". At the very least you can dress up for your free bag of candy. Not one ToT tonight, so I went and rode the recumbent through the neighborhoods and scared the hell out of some little kids. It was awesome.

My idiot neighbor that hides behind the dark corner of my garage to scare the 4 and 5 year olds headed to his house. Most run away in tears which causes the biggest laughs for him. Didi I say he is an idiot?

The rain last night held off for a few hours, so I had 74 kids from 6:30 to 8:30. The Kit Kat bars were popular as always.

What a bunch of grumps. Keep your porch light off if babies and teenagers don't fit your very narrow view of what trick or treaters should be. And I don't even like Halloween in the first place...

We get many trick or treaters who come from adjacent poorer neighborhoods. I can understand they don’t have much money for costumes and this is a time or year they can have treats for free. So I don’t try to judge harshly.

My only big pet peeve is when kids eat the candy and throw the wrapper on the lawn. WTH is that about.
