I'm not a huge photo sharer or anything... but in the ~6 months that I've had Flickr, photobucket has had major problems on several occasions, and I've never had a problem accessing mine or sharing photos from mine.

I use photobucket all the time for posting on forums. I use Flickr and 500px for other stuff, although I haven't renewed my Flickr pro account this year yet.

Likewise, I use photobucket for forum posting because the links are so simple.

Flickr, typically just post junk - many times supporting a group discussion. None of my better stuff on the photobucket, picasso, snap, and flickr of this world primarilly due to their Terms of Use and transferring ownership/copyright issues.

What are you looking for. Something basic like those? More advanced? Our photoclub uses Zepholio which is more professional grade. Unfortunately the don't have a free, with the cheapest at $30/yr. I think we use the $50/yr package. I know several professionals who use the more expensive packages for photo delivery. Yhr 2 highest packages are great turnkey backoffice supporting multiple client delivery. I don't have quite that need and deliver files through dropbox.

I use Photobucket and my main complaint is that it often just stops working altogether when I'm in the middle of an upload. Once the photos are uploaded I actually like Photobucket well enough.

Yes , basic use only, primarily forums etc. I have had no luck at all with photobucket since they changed the format. it just won't load.

How did you manage that? Everytime I try to log on to PB it takes me to their beta site...and that ain't working too good (or at all).

I've never had a problem with P'bucket.

I use it mainly for this forum and sparingly so I'm no judge.

Ever since they changed the format, I have not been able to access my pictures in photobucket. I get error on page message and everything just hangs there.

Try a different browser, clear temp files and/or force a reload. I find that error loading page quite often with IE.
