Ugh, Phish. I am absolutely NOT a phish fan (but I like some OAR, weird...). But, I would get rid of every single item that says Phish, any songs that they ever wrote would get deleted, I would burn all albums that I may have, then listen to some good music!

I posted a similiar post months ago. I cannot listen to Wilco anymore unless I want to be plagued with Wilco songs in my head for ever. I have no idea why but it actually was driving me absolutlly crazy. Some one here posted back to hum and sing the song, The Girl from Ipanema and it actually helped quite a bit. Good Luck!

I can't understand the appeal of jam bands in general. Living in Vermont, half the bar bands are Phish wannabe's, so that jamming a song until you think you are going to go right through the f'ing roof happens every time you go for a drink.
