The game inside Excel

I was so bored today, its been a really long weewk and im sitting in my study hall. On this forum actually. One of my more computer oriented friends is telling last night he was trying to manipulate excel for linux or something, he was in the hex editor and started seeing things which did not look like it pertained to excel at all! So he investigates and finds out that theres actually a game inside of excel! I looked online and holy shift there is, its not that bad either. Kept me entertained

There was a "DOOM" style game in Excel a few years back.

You had to go to a particular cell, type in a code string and BOOM!

So...how do we get to this new one?

Launch Microsoft Excel 97.
Click the <F5> key.
Write in the "Reference" data box :
x97:l97 (that is a smll L after the ":")
Click on the <OK> button.
Click the <Tab> key once.
Hold the <Ctrl> and <Shift> key down, click on the <Chart Wizard> button on top.
Your screen becomes a terrain map, and you can "fly" with your mouse.
Find the Monolith with the scrolling text.
Use the left mouse button to accelerate, the right to slow down/reverse.
Click on the <Escape> key to end. Return to work.

that link is screwy. If your using Excel 2002 hers what to do

Open Excel
File>save as>publish>add interactivity
close excel
in INTERNET EXPLORER open up the html page you saved with excel, when you click save as webpage it goes html, its probably page.html
now, go to down to column 2000, then using tab go to row WCs
Now hold shift and space to highlight row 2000
hold shift+ctrl+alt and click the microsoft logo

If you did it correctly i will have a screen with you a car and a thing in starwars style saying "your mission is to hunt down the pghorammers, the most notorious are the ones responsible for microsoft web components. something about scum

press h for headlights, space for machine gun, and o for oil slick
