Are There Cows on Mars ? New Photographic Evidence from Nasa...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/nation...3a9_story.html

...best guess among scientists at this point is that the cow jumped over mars, rather than the moon.

I like that they are referring to it as a jelly donut.

Cows make much larger messes. That's from a creature about this size.

If it left a jelly donut, it must have been an American cow. A French cow would have left a croissant.

If it was an American who was responsible for the jelly donut, the pictures would be reversed: first, it would be there, then, it would disappear.

....+1. I don't think it's a hoax, because hoaxers would have forgotten about Mars' lesser gravity and made it flatter.

This thread reminds me of Carl Sagan's contention that beyond a certain distance from Earth -- which I believe he said was around the orbit of Mars -- it is no longer possible to confirm the presence of human life on Earth via visible observation (at least not without sophisticated telescopes), yet from that same distance it is still very easy to confirm the presence of bovine life on Earth via simple methane spectrometry.

In other words, the lights from our cities are not as visible from far away as the farts from our cows.
