Fuel Stabilizer Question - Car stopped for 2 months

If a car will be stopped for a period between 4 and 8 weeks, and somebody will start it 15 mins once a week (but won't drive it), should fuel stabilizer be added to the tank? If so, which fuel stabilizer should be used?

Not necessary, but some stabil wouldn't hurt. When starting it just make sure to warm it up to operating temp to get the oil nice and viscous and battery charged and you'll be fine. Or just get a trickle charger. I also fill my tires to max recommended psi to prevent flat spots
