Al Sharpton is no longer too fat for this sport

I saw a recent photo and wasn't even sure it was him.
Some googling turned up stories about it.

Al Sharpton Weight Loss: His Secret to Losing 176 Lbs. : People.com

So at 5'10", he is the same height as Tom Danielson, but now one pound lighter.

I don't care about his weight. I don't care about the color of his skin. I don't really care about his politics that much, But that voice! Enough to drive you crazy. So loud and obnoxious. How he ever got a regular spot on a national news show is beyond me.

Agreed. But, given some of the A..holes on TV I am not surprised that he is on TV. I mean...Sarah Palin? There's a long list.

I myself blocked out the spelling and to clarify, I'll spell it out for you what my intentions are. If that f*cker is a reverend...

Hope this quells your mind.

It does and thank you for clarifying. I feel better knowing that you (who I do not know) are not that kind of person. Also appreciate the even handed way you responded to my post. Thank you.

Although I graduated from UC Berkeley, taught public school in the inner city, and presently work in a maximum security institution in the deep, deep south, I'm beyond color. My primary care physician is an African American and she's truly sharp.

Alright, moving on.....

FWIW I also taught public school in the inner city, wrote CTs first Affirmative Action Plan for State Employment, had an African-American MD until she retired, am a retired Investigator for the State of CT and am just generally tired of seeing people labeled whether due to "color", sexual orientation, etc. Moving on with you.

It's his politics and demeanor that get to me.

Add another one to the list of obnoxious voices. But I did not realize she had a regular TV spot.

Briefly on Fox. So many of these people are self-promoters rather than politically biased, although some are that too. They just jump to where the opportunity for money and notoriety exist. None of this serves to enlighten us about what is happening in the world.

He's swung to the other side of unhealthy. But if he feels good, more power to him.
