Nouvelle Vague is a French band that does mostly covers of other artist's songs.

Some of their covers are in French and others are in English:

https://youtu.be/WNvu0Qgjh-0 The whole album was decades ahead of its time in audio technology.

He later made the hit song "Love is Blue" in the 1960's

For fun, there's the Roto Rooter Goodtime Christmas Band. Best known for their version of Pico and Sepulveda, here's "The Martian March"

And the Captain, Captain Beefheart singing "Woe-Is-Uh-Me-Bop". It was mesmerizing in concert.

https://youtu.be/n2h8r25RwJM But I can't seem to figure out how to show the video these days.

Coven - Washroom Wonder - YouTube

Never heard this on the radio. The group had one hit, ironically their hit was totally different from everything else they did.

I love that song. I had forgotten about it until I bought his complete works a few years ago... As soon as I heard it again, I flashed back to hearing it once back in the 70's.

I can't search Youtube right now to see if anyone has uploaded it, but a rarely heard tune by Pink FLoyd that I like is "Free Four" I never heard it, nor the album it was on until I stumbled across it somewhere.

I always liked Skyline Pigeon by Elton John. I never heard it played on the radio, and for many years, it was never on an album, but was only available on the B side of a 45 (I forget which one).

EDIT: Correction, after poking around a bit, there was a version of Skyline Pigeon on Empty Sky... But, I never owned that album, so didn't know it.
