How to search using phrases?
I'd love to search the forums using a phrase.
Currently, the query: ship wheel brings up many threads discussing bike shipment but nothing pertaining to actually shippnig just the wheel. Is there a way for me to search for: "ship wheel" where only threads are returned that are in that order, next to each other? |
Well, you could just do a search and put the quotes around the search term, then select the search posts option. Unfortunately, if there aren't any posts with the terms "ship wheel" directly in the post, nothing will come back. What you'll need to do is think of a better phrase describing how people more commonly describe getting their wheels shippd than "ship wheel" because that's coming back with nothing but this thread. :(
Good luck! Koffee |

You should know this by now unless you only recently found google. |
Koffee: So you mean that we can use qoutes? Hm. Thanks.
Operator: Did you mean using google to search bike forum's archives such as this? |
