Your picture is waaaaaay too big and also should be square, not wide screen. I believe you need to squish it down to 75x75 size.

I tried to get it to work but lack the skills to do this. Sorry.

Gimp is a pretty nice free program that should work on your computer. Unless you are on mac. Not sure if flickr will do it
