How to have a falsely accusatory thread removed?

In May, a potential customer who was upset that his refund on his CANCELLED order took too long, so he started a thread titled, 'FlexLock bicycle lock = scam?' falsely accusing us of being criminals.

Now, when real potential customers search for FlexLock, that threat title appears 3rd or 4th - and recent research shows this is costing us thousands of dollars and is tainting our good name just as we're getting started.

FlexLock® is the ONLY live patented bicycle lock in America. We're licensed in TX (FlexLock LLC,) have a corporate valuation of $5M, and we're featured exclusively at Camping World (online.)

We are the very opposite of a scam.

Removal of this thread is paramount to our future success. We (and our lawyers) would appreciate any help with regards to the elimination of the aforementioned thread asap. Thanks. [email protected]
