Every screenshot that has been posted I have seen at some point in the past. In the last few days has been the Amazon one. But like I said earlie (knock on wood) I havenít had any more problems since I installed the Norton pop up blocker for safari. I canít find anything for Chrome yet though. But when I check email from bike forums and click on the link to open it up it opens in Safari so at the moment all is good.

Apologies for that monster sized image. I just uploaded a screenshot from my phone. I had no idea it would be so large.

I might well have posted this on an Android phone using Gboard, Google's response to Swype. I'm not impressed, but as Swype is no longer supported, I suppose I will have to live with its bugs and quirks. My apologies if I missed something. I'm not as bad a speller as GBoard might imply.

For those who want to learn more about this malware technique, you can search for these terms: "frame busting" and/or "forced redirects"

Also, the Google Chrome browser is taking steps to enable blocking of it: https://www.androidpolice.com/2018/0...-turned-april/

Right now the current version of Chrome on macOS is 65.x and it has the enable-framebusting-needs-sameorigin-or-usergesture flag.
Current version of Chrome on iOS is 64.x and it does not have the flag.

Thanks. Chrome Beta on Android is currently at 65.0.something. I just enabled the flag. Will see how it goes.

First apparent success... (hopefully a bit smaller than the last screenshot)

It is good to know it actually works!
I've never seen that notice on macOS/Chrome, but I've also never seen the problem on macOS.
At home I use my own DNS server that blacklists ~2600 sites, so the browser couldn't reach them even if it tried.

Now hopefully they will hurry up with the 65.x version for iOS.

Ditto this. Installed the norton ad blocker from the ap store on my iPhone and it seems to be working.

Reported to Google as a malware site. Anything identifiable in that URL other than my IP which I masked? Media id pulsepoint?

I don't understand why you bother to report problems and then pitch a small fit and put people on ignore who are trying to help.

Meanwhile I am using mostly ten year old PCs with Windows 7 or Linux Mint. I don't have these problems.

C'mon, we have been trying to help everyone, staff and plain old members like myself alike.

And I see you are making progress and that it was a bit of frustration for you. Glad it's hopefully getting better. And yes, your anticipation of the new IOS is shared by many people, it has a few problems as it currently stands.

I upgraded the Chrome on my phone, changed the setting to enable the filter, but I haven't seen it since. The problem only ever came up every once in a while for me, but I am looking forward to seeing the message where Chrome says that it blocked the thing.

I've been leaving Javascript enabled on the iPhone the last 10 days or so w/o issue, but then today the garbage returned. Bear in mind I only occasionally use the iPhone during breaks on rides. I never use it when I'm home.

Yeah, I noticed some redirects stopped and pop-ups blocked on my Android phone today - that hadn't happened in a while.

Short progress report... That setting I changed in Chrome 65 on my Android phone a few days ago continues to block popups and redirections.

This problem has been going on way too long! It seems to come and go. I've never had a problem with any other site. It came back today and as it dose sometimes it took over the browser to the point I had to use Task Manager to close it. When the problem is occurring it makes Bike Forums all but unusable. If you ever fix the problem let me know. Until then I will check the forum seldom if ever. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 but have also had the problem on my phone and tablet.

But you DO have a pop-up blocker native to your browsers, don't you?
