How do I turn off this "Post Your Question" popup permanently?

Hello,

how do I turn this "Post Your Question" popup permanently? It's irritating and is unneeded.

I thought it turned itself off automatically after you log in? Maybe you have to become a paid subscriber. It also makes the ads disappear.

By joining you probably "fixed" the problem. Logged-in users never see that pop-up. And welcome!

It was meant to help guide you to an appropriate forum for your question I gather but it's like a toddler who insists they can do it themselves now I suppose.

People just freak out over popups.
