Suggestion: List of My Posts

Hi -- seems like a great site. I've posted a couple of questions and have received some good feedback. I've checked back in several times, to see what people have been suggesting. It would be convenient if I could find a list of my posts. I see the "Your Notifications" provides a number of items, but for some reason not that.

If you're on a computer, it's up by the top right under your username. Quick Links > My Posts

Click your username in the upper-right corner, and then go to "statistics" (the second tab) and that will give you a list of your posts and a list of your threads.

That helps. Thanks.

It would be nice if they could persuaded to improve it, though. I have 14 entries there, mostly repeating my three or four actual posts. I'll still wind up keeping my own list at that rate.

If you click on "Your Notifications", doesn't that give you a list of all the threads you've posted in? That is assuming you have them configured with notifications.

I happen to look for old posts myself and I have over 5000 dating back to 2008.

Because my posts are quite personal to me, I recall them readily, and often they have key words. Using the Advanced Search feature,I can look up the keyword by posts or titles to the thread I have subscribed, to find the post I seek.
A while back, there was a brouhaha about deleted threads:

If I start a thread I do indeed have the right to delete it, and do not have toask permission from anyone. I have exercised that right a few times in the past... and I may very well use that right again in the future.

Personally, I would never delete a thread I started as long as even one person had posted. I feel I have no right to destroy somebody's work, no matter how the forum is set up.

Bingo, Machka! That's the solution.

Now if I can only remember that, next time I want to find my posts. It still seems like they could include a button for this, at least under my own account.

Wut. I can see all your individual posts. Sure you are not confusing the bold lines, which are the lines showing the threads you have posted in. Below those lines are the actual post you have made. Go to a thread you have posted in. Find your post and click on your own user name. You can think click on "Find more posts by Raywood" and it will show your post up the to the last 500.

There is a button for that.

As indyfabz says,

Go to a thread you have posted in.
Find your post and click on your own user name.
You can think click on "Find more posts by Raywood"

Looks like you've made 20 posts, almost all in Touring.

Right. I was using the wrong term. When I write a blog post, my original post is THE post. What others submit in response goes into the Comments section. So when I said, here, that I could use a list of "posts," I meant my original posts. The threads. I only have three or four. What I want is a list of those. So Machka got it right the first time. I was looking for the list of what I called my three or four "posts" (i.e., threads). Unfortunately, what I feared is true: right now, before reviewing what she suggested, I don't recall how to reproduce that list. So I do wish there were a button for it.
