How do I "like" a post?
I have searched the FAQ, fiddled with the threads I read and I cannot figure out how to "like" a post.

Hmmm. There is no like button at the lower right of my page. Do I have to post a certain number of times to get that? How do I contact a moderator? I am sure they would know. Thanks for replying.

I don't think that's the case, but it's possible it's something we overlooked. The only posts no one can like are their own. Try getting to 10 messages and then maybe it will appear. I'll also check your usergroup settings, just in case.

I get that though. I get the digest of the most popular threads,, and read them every week. I see people have liked some posts, and I look for the "like" button. No dice.

With only 4 posts to your credit so far, why don't you make some more replies here or elsewhere and get your count over 10. Then wait at least a day and see if that button shows.

Something that has only worked for me once, but is often told to others........ clear your browsers cache. Close it, then reopen it.
When it worked for me, it was for several forum buttons not showing up that others swore were there. Another site though with different forum software. Long, long ago.

like button missing
Just for the record, I cleared the cache and cookies, and nothing worked.
Not hugely important, just thought I would like some very well thought out answers, but, for whatever reason perhaps not.
I also thought maybe the digest links were"closed" so that might be the reason. I went into new, live posts with replies and no that isn't it either.

am experiencing a similar difficulty which began today
the "like" button appears fine in the message window but clicking on it does nothing
have tried reloading page but makes no difference
this is a new snag for me as of today
am using MAC with Safari browser
