Research Ti builders, select one. Ride it. I'm considering a Habanero. They make very nice bikes from what I read. There are others as well.

Just write the check! lotsa selection on ebay, used market is well stocked: I get alerts for new listings daily on several brands I'm interested in. Search these threads for keywords to learn more about the popular builders. Names you're gonna see a lot are Habanero, Moots, Lynskey, Litespeed, and a few more. If buying new, some builders sell direct, some work through the local shop dealer network.

I am guessing you mean the "Titanum Club" on BF. You have to be a paid member. I went ahead and got a paid membership but it's really optional
