Quotes does not link to quotes
 

On my system using Edge, When I select Quotes when notified of new ones, it does not go to the quote post.
It only goes this far: Bike Forums - User Control Panel

What happens when you click on the link on that page? For me, it goes to the quote.

Scroll down the page when you get there until you see a very plain and unglorified list unlike the ones above it. It baffles me too why they choose to show the New Subscribed Threads and Subscribed Forums first, before showing the threads the quote was in. However I guess they are trying to cut a few lines of code out of a bajillion lines of code and trying to re-use stuff.

Look at the source code in your browser sometime and you will be amazed that this place works at all. I thought writing large programs in Matlab was bad.

Also, they probably never thought that people would subscribe to thousands of threads.

Scrolling down worked! Not intuitive!

That's what I discovered also. Took me a while to catch on it did, exactly opposite to the link for 'liked' posts.

I use Mac entirely, either OS on laptop (Apple M3 chipped) or iOS on iPhone / iPad. Safari (mostly) or Duckduckgo (seldom) noting nothing changes much.

The only other complaint I have is that I no longer can use bbcodes for images.

I often find that if I click the back button to the quotes page and then click the link again it works the second time. This is a crappy workaround, but it does work.

Well I tried to show what happens, but too many personal pictures show up in the resulting slide show.
