Maybe I am posting this in the wrong forum, but I am a new digital camera user and was wondering how I get the file size down to under 100 KB. The pictures I have been taking the past few days have been at ~900 KB, and the smallest I can get them down to is 127 KB, but they look like total crap.
What can I do? |

Ahh why dont you all just test the pictures in your post then click on the 'preview post' button to see if you've done it correctly?

I've tried several times to post different pictures always with the same result. The Manage Attachments always says the pictures can not be posted because the data is too large. My pictures are 1MB which is 10 times the allowed data of 100KB. What am I doing wrong, how do I compress/reduce the size of the transfer to meet the forums requirements?
