I'm using photobucket, and I either get "file is too large" or invalid file. I've resized the pic down to 800x600 and it still says the file is too large. people post big, sharp pictures and I can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong?

I have the photobucket account, but can't figure out how to insert, etc.
