The red ones are currently online (and have not checked the Use Invisible Mode in their User Control Panel).

I was going to ask the same question, why is my name in red.
I don't think it's red when I'm offline, but I can't see my posts unless I'm online, so to me, it's always red.

It used to be only the username was Red. Now it's all of the information. Think I perferred it the old way.
