What are the +'s after someone's names?
 
If you look at the bottom of the forum's main page, there is a list of people on line. Some have +'s after their stars or eagles. What is this?

Well, the first one I asked never responded, so I got gun shy! But that person normally doesn't get PMs and never checks his mail here, so I don't know if he knows.

I have absolutely no friends. In this case the fourms reflect real life. In real life friends are just too damn inconvient. You know, drink your beer, pee on the toilet, borrow money, etc. But I might recnsider in cyper space, I will be your friend if you promise not to drink my beer without permission or pinch my wife or something. Deal?
