Perhaps you could move the "Announcements" forum.
Perhaps if you moved it to the top of the home page, people like
me wouldn't forget that it's there
I've been on here for a while, and I totally forgot about it until
i was thinking the other day: "this forum need a 'news' or 'announcements' section"
