quick Q, how do I get this forums to email me with answers to my threads and questions?

Along the top line of each thread is a menu item called thread tools, there is a subscription option in there. As long as you have a proper email addy in your profile it will email you every time there is a response. You will receive a link that will bring you back to this thread (or the other one)
